Conservative talk radio station uses Emergency Alert System to play GOP ad
In an apparent violation of FCC rules, Clear Channel owned conservative talk radio station KFBK in Sacramento sent an Emergency Alert System (EAS) test with a conveniently appended GOP ad to a number of other radio stations in the area, thus automatically forcing the ad onto the stations' airwaves.
